A personal publishing tool for one creator's short-form video account.
AIClipper is a single-user desktop tool, built and operated by one creator, that uploads their own edited short-form videos to their own TikTok account (@hotmicarchive) and schedules them for planned posting times.
The operator produces edited clips (reframing, word-timed captions, and curation of licensed or credited source material) on their own computer. Each video is individually reviewed and approved by the operator before it is queued. The tool then uploads the approved video with its caption via TikTok's official API, under an OAuth authorization the operator grants to their own account.
